Off-Road Radiators
PWR’s off-road radiators have been designed to be universal for any application. By using our advance cooling technology, the radiator cores are made all out of aluminum using Extruded tube and R-fin technology for durability and cooling needs. The extruded tube allows for a more durable core allowing for higher pressures in the cooling system while maximizing heat rejection. The R-fin technology used has a hemmed leading edge which creates a stronger fin so debris can’t easily fold it over. Professionally welded to the core are all aluminum tanks, fittings, and mounts. By using #20 port fittings for the inlet and outlet, PWR’s universal fittings will let the end user select which fittings they would like to use. These fittings include hose barbs, AN fittings, and Wiggins fittings. Designed with fan shroud mounting, custom shrouds can be made for these radiators or PWR’s fan modules can bolt right in. Off-Road Radiator Modules with Brushed Fans
Featuring PWR’s off-road radiators, our brushed fan modules include an all-aluminum fan shroud paired with 2 Spal brushed fans. When durability and high temperatures are combined, Spal comes to the table with their waterproof motors, high efficiency fan blades, and durable cage design while still maximizing performance with high CFM numbers. Each off-road radiator module has been carefully designed by our engineers to determine the best fan for each radiator to maximize efficiency and CFM. Also utilized are rubber flappers, strategically placed to open at high speeds for more air to flow through the core, and to close when air speed is low allowing for the fans to pull air across the whole core surface area. Off-Road Radiator Modules with Brushless Fans
Featuring PWR’s off-road radiators, our brushless fan modules include an all-aluminum fan shroud paired with 2 Spal brushless fans. The Spal brushless fans offer variable speed technology while being waterproof and durable. With the variable speed, these fans pull more CFM than brushed fans and don’t have the instant current drain on the electrical system like standard brushed fans. Included on the radiators is a 3/8 npt which allows the option to run Spal’s stand-alone electrical system if an auxiliary computer is not used to run the fans.
